Water fountains. Cameras. Photo class. These made June 3's photo shoot in the Key in New West interesting and adventurous.
The main idea of this shoot was to experiment with shutter speed, finding what works and what doesn't in different photo. We ventured to a gorgeous water fountain and explored different angles and heights to capture the perfect movement of the water. I kind of separated from the group to the other side of the large open spaced fountain pool, laid down on the stomach and tried to capture the moving water in an different angle. But while I was down there, playing around with different shutter speeds, I saw this; the rest of the class snapping pictures of the same thing, just across from me. I thought this would tell a story, one different for everybody.
I think that's why this is my favourite photo from the shoot. Not only did I go out of my way to capture it, it really collects the subjects in it and portays what they could be feeling. I don't know, I love mystery and I love details and this image has a fair dose of both.
